Outing GM Crops

With the astonishing rise in food allergies in our country, I was refreshed to find this.

Did you know that GMO modification can cause entirely new proteins in these foods? Most food allergies are caused by very common foods, and common foods such as wheat are most commonly grown GMO.

Yes, yes, I know: something else to worry about. But also something to raise awareness of and demand caution and testing before, um, Monsanto.

Hmmm... very interesting! I wonder if the start of GMO correlates with the beginning of the prevalence of these allergies. Milk intolerances seem to be somewhat the same... raw milk doesn't cause the same problems as does pasteurized in many dairy-affected people. Food for thought. (Ha ha!)
