Utah has implemented a four day work week for 20 percent of its state workers. I like the concept and wonder how people experience its impact on their family, in addition to all the energy-friendly results.
As a start, I am imagining lots of pros for extra family time during that three-day weekend. But I also wonder what impact of ten-hour days would have on after-school activities, family meals and homework time. Any thoughts?
