Bus and the Fuss

Dear Port Authority of New York and New Jersey:

We didn't move to a town only 15 miles from Manhattan to be waiting in the basement of Port Authority for an hour and 45 minutes after walking around town with our two children, having dinner, seeing the large conifer, etc. etc. The only good thing to come out of that godawful experience is now I can add "breastfed in Port Authority" to my activist list. Don't you folks have a LOUDSPEAKER like Penn Station to let you know that buses are late or--why the heck not? Won't EVEN ARRIVE? "Aw, lets just skip the 9:30 and go full balls-to-the-wall for the 10:45, Joe."

It's obvious I have not fully acclimated to the suburbs and remain, clear to 2007,
