Something's Fishy
After running out of good-parent tactical strategies for a particularly challenging week with Lena, it only occurred to me tonight that we had run out of her Omega-3 supplements two weeks ago. They have been replenished. Could there be a connection? What works for prisoners could possibly work for a quick-to-temper two year-old...

Oh, I can relate. I don't think I'd trust myself to be around other people w/out taking my Omega 3s... so necessary, especially during the fall + winter!

I had no idea they had such a profound effect. Which kind do you recommend? For awhile I bought the non-fish variety for Izzy but have not used any for awhile.
Yes... which ones do you use? I take Antarctic Pure Krill Oil: http://products.mercola.com/krill/ but am thinking about Nordic Naturals Children's DHA for Leah: http://tinyurl.com/6oxgwt, though I'm sure there's something better out there.
