Tonight I beefed up a small bunch of spinach with a larger bunch of kale in order to make one of our regular favorite family meals, spinach pie (spanikopita). The Bean peeled away the greens only on her second helping, and otherwise everyone ate well.
Nice to join the families I wonder at who get kale in, whether "under wraps" or not!
