When are we going to create an FDA that protects our personal health preemptively of product approval?
Or are we going to continue to let companies play fast and loose with the ingredients of the products we ingest, put on our faces and bodies, cook with and sleep on and furnish our homes with and wear? Ingredients that mimic our hormones, alter our bodies' processes in ways we can barely yet understand, mature our girls before their time, change us in two generations in ways we never could have dreamt?

Interesting. The FDA doesn't require any independent testing before approving consumer products, so it's not surprising that this "slipped" through. Sure is f'd up, though!
